| FROM THE OWNER -- The story behind the design and name is: my father is the middle owl, my sister and I are the exterior owls. She is cringing and I am listening to the "yadda yadda yadda" of our father. His intention was these statues would be a thank you gift for my sister and I for surviving our parent's divorce. There was a great deal of "yadda yadda yadda" going on and somehow we all survived. He has the first casting, my sister the second and myself the third and there may be 1 or 2 others. |

| About Bryan Bridges
Bryan Bridges received his Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from The Chicago Institute of Art. "I was most influenced by the great sculptors such as Augustus St. Geudens, Borglum, Daniel Chester French, and of course Rodin". His talent for sculpting led him to work as a commercial sculptor / engraver for the private mints. Bryan’s work is part of the permanent collection of The Smithsonian Institution. Bryan Bridges has sculpted engraved portraits in base relief of our great American patriots, many of our presidents, political figures, our warriors, sports greats, and many entertainment stars, from Judy Garland ... Bryan Bridges has sculpted engraved portraits in base relief of our great American patriots, many of our presidents, political figures, our warriors, sports greats, and many entertainment stars, from Judy Garland and Clark Gable to Elvis. "I created the commemoratives for Jack and Bobby Kennedy (when they were running for office) and Martin Luther King. I was still an apprentice engraver when I made the Memorial Coin to Jack Kennedy, when Teddy Kennedy saw it, he was moved to tears." At present, I am sculpting a series of desert wildlife in bronze. I strive for a feeling of transcendence in my work; the magic that happens when we come in contact with a real work of art. |
